website or on websites created by us are safe, secured and encrypted with SSL certificate!!

-All information or intellectual property provided by our clients in all cases stay confidential!

-All information about  digital IT center partners, service providers, work ways, strategy will in all cases stay confidential!

-All websites created by  

digital IT center under the building cost of 1500.00€ are considered to be 

PROMOTIONAL WEBSITE and as such if client decide to look for other hosting provider will be obligated

to pay exportation fee of 500.00€

-All website created by digital IT center will be in coherence with the law!!!

-All materials and information needed for creation of one project or a website needs to be provided

in timely manner within maximum of 4 weeks in contrary extra fees may be applied and added to the

principal quotation!

-All hostings need to be paid in timely manner two weeks before the EXPIRATION DATE, in case of not being too 

paid on time websites will be put in COMING SOON mode and late fee will be charged, if late fee and hosting is not paid

and website is in last week of its hosting it will be automatically deleted!!

-All kind of misrepresentation or misuse of our websites will not be tolerated!

-All our websites MUST BE at all times be connected to client's GOOGLE ACCOUNT if not they could and will be automatically

deleted!

-All websites created by digital IT center will have Link connected to our main HessITsolution.com website!

-All our basic promo website will have 2 months’ time of free maintenance!

-All our websites what are not e-commerce web sites must be prepaid for minimum 2 months of hosting and maintenanc!

-All our old PROMO web sites (99.00€+Iva) must be prepaid for minimum 6 months of hosting and maintenance!

-All our e-commerce web sites must be prepaid for minimum of 3 months of hosting and maintenance!

-All e-commerce websites need to have their political and privacy regulation on their websites!!
